Причины развития аллергии при приеме витаминов

Витамины - полноправные и жизненно необходимые участники процесса обмена веществ, в то время как аллергия вызывается, как правило, чужеродными для нашего организма веществами с крупными молекулами. У витаминов молекулы небольшого размера, поэтому, поступая в организм традиционным путем, через пищеварительный тракт, они не могут вызывать аллергию. В чем же тогда причины довольно частых аллергических реакций на витаминные препараты?
Аллергическая реакция на витамины возможна только в том случае, когда они вводятся внутримышечно или внутривенно. Попадая в кровь в очень больших количествах, витамины образуют комплексы с транспортными белками крови (как бы «облепляют» их). Таким образом, в крови образуются слишком крупные молекулярные структуры, чуждые организму, которые воспринимаются им как аллергены. Кроме того, иногда аллергическую реакцию могут вызвать вспомогательные вещества, которые используются при производстве витаминных препаратов.
Помните, что применение даже «полезных витаминов» в убойных дозах может не только вызвать аллергические реакции, но и привести к опасной передозировке, т.е. гипервитаминозу!
